Become an Expert in the Gym

A body in which you feel good, combined with a fit mind. Who doesn't want that? Coincidentally, these two go quite hand in hand. Actually not that coincidental at all of course. Because by exercising more, you will feel fitter in all areas. Pretty logical right? When you become physically fitter, this also has a positive effect on your mental health. You feel more comfortable in your own skin, which boosts your self-confidence and makes you feel happier.

If you also want to work on your figure, in other words: you want to look better naked in front of the mirror, then strength training is one of the best ways, if not THE best way, to achieve this. This of course with a balanced diet.

Strength training it is!

How nice is it to do something that contributes in all kinds of ways to positive improvements in yourself. Strength training aims, among other things, to 'shape' the body, build muscle and become stronger.

By building more muscle mass, you will burn more calories during the day. This is because muscles use more energy than fat. If you also use a balanced diet, where you consume fewer calories than you consume, your fat percentage will go down. Ultimately, this will give you your desired result.

An additional effect of strength training is that you will become stronger. Guess what?

· This will boost your confidence quite a bit, and who wouldn't want that?

· I don't think you need more conviction to do strength training.

· Rounding the circle: strength training = fitter and tighter body + fit mind.

You are not your girlfriend

If you are convinced of the effect of strength training on your body and mind, it is time to find out what works for you. How often per week can and do you want to do strength training? Where and how do you start? Because the schedule your girlfriend has doesn't have to work for you too. She has a different body anyway, maybe a different lifestyle, a different age. So on and on.

In addition, your girlfriend may have been training for much longer than you and she is in a different training phase. These phases are efficiently alternated and built up with good guidance.

Headless chicken

Have you been busy for a while and don't see any results? Or do you walk around the gym like a chicken without a head and you don't know what to do exactly? Be your own guru and see what suits you!

Find an expert who has made his mark with good results and someone who knows what he is talking about. An expert who, in consultation with you, works with you to draw up a training schedule that is focused on your body, goals and wishes. Don't rush into business with a personal trainer. Ask others about their experiences with the person.
